A competent doctor with years of experience

A huge lack of professionalism on the part of the medical assistant (who wore a headscarf), no respect for the clients, she spoke loudly without understanding their problems. Unfortunately, I know the family and the dentist a little; they are, mashallah, respectful. Even the receptionist listened professionally. But the woman wearing the headscarf is sick, overweight, and ill-mannered—excuse the expression. A client with an urgent case should at least have had the time to speak with him. Thank you anyway.
