It was a terrible experience. The staff were awful and completely disrespectful; no welcome, no smiles—they made you feel unwelcome. On top of that, the quality was disastrous and fell far short of expectations. Honestly, I regret going there and I will never return. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Appalling staff, degrading treatment—I will never return. The trompe-l'œil desserts were tasteless and very disappointing. I also ordered mango juice, but they served me orange juice while claiming it was mango. Frankly, this is unacceptable, and the quality is truly poor. I will never go back.

There's only one waiter who also cooks and who chooses the juice I should drink for me because he doesn't know certain recipes.

First impressions of the shop were quite pleasant, and the service was attentive. Everything pushed to the back of the counter was already reserved. We opted for two pieces of fruit and a Snickers pastry. Service: I placed my order at the counter and had to wait a while for the espresso. We chose a table that had just become available, and I can't say whether the tables are cleaned promptly. The waiter eventually came with the coffee and politely apologized for the delay. He also kept going over to another shop, probably to switch shifts. Sitting upstairs isn't possible in warm weather, which the friendly waiter also mentioned. Drinks☕🧋🥤: We also had a smoothie and a fresh peach iced tea, and these were very tasty. Pastries🍰🍮🧁: The Snickers pastry was a disappointment; if I had just bought a Snickers bar, I would have been completely satisfied. The fruit tarts were just cream and far too sweet. No discernible flavor. The quality of the pastries was unfortunately poor.
