Complaint – No Ice Hello, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the frequent lack of ice in your café. On several occasions, ice has not been available, to the point that we have to bring our own when we want to order an iced coffee. This problem has already been the subject of several complaints, both from myself and other customers, but unfortunately, no lasting solution has been implemented. We appreciate your establishment, but this situation is truly disappointing and unprofessional. We therefore ask you to please take the necessary steps to ensure that ice is available as usual, as should be the case in a café offering iced drinks. Thank you for taking this complaint seriously and providing us with a permanent solution.

A loyal customer since it opened, this was, for me, one of the best coffees in Morocco. My last purchase was simply undrinkable: very bitter, burnt, and completely devoid of aroma. The roasting was clearly uneven—burnt beans and pale beans in the same bag. I returned three-quarters of a kilo. What a shame; I hope it was just a bad batch.

Bad experience, cafe full of cats, dirty table. No hygiene, really disappointing.
