In my opinion, avoid this place. I had a very bad experience at this salon. The person who did my pedicure was very cold towards me and didn't answer my questions. She heard me, but she didn't want to answer. When I asked her why she wasn't answering, she told me it was part of the process... No communication. She pushed my foot when I didn't know the correct position without even asking me politely. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have never experienced anything in my life; I have never been treated in such a despicable way. Every hair salon must offer impeccable service to stand out from the competition, especially since a satisfied customer will tell ten others; otherwise, they should simply close down. A good manager must ensure daily that the quality of services they offer is up to standard and, above all, cultivate the relationship the esthetician or hairdresser has with each client during the average 45 minutes they spend with them. Unfortunately, the salon manager seems unaware that customer loyalty depends on the behavior of her staff.

I'm very disappointed with my visit to this salon. I asked for an iced brown, but the result is almost identical to my natural color. Apart from a very slight brown tint, there's practically no difference. I really feel like I paid for a service that didn't deliver the desired change. The shampoo was also a bad experience. Instead of being relaxing, the stylist pulled my hair the whole time. It hurt so much I was gritting my teeth. Finally, I didn't find the service very professional. The hairdresser spent all her time on the phone, seemed distracted, and her attitude was uncomfortable. I'm leaving this review to help future customers. I chose this salon because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was very different.

I had a protein treatment done at their clinic and they burned my scalp. They kept applying a scalp treatment directly to my scalp. I've had protein treatments done before in other areas and never experienced burns. These ones shocked me; they made me cry from the pain. They pull the hair and apply the scalp treatment directly to the skin. And the service was terrible; they were all sluggish and swollen, like I was talking to a wall. I'm not going back even if the protein treatment is free.

I went there for a semi-permanent manicure. The staff is very professional, and the application was done carefully with a beautiful finish. I highly recommend it.
