Complexe Al Aobour : Café, Restaurant, Boucherie & Grillade

The waiters are not coming to ask for orders. We waited for 50 minutes just to place an order and another 40 minutes just to be served.

We usually come to this restaurant, located in the gas station, once or twice a week, where we generally enjoy the pizzas and burgers. However, our visit today was a very bad experience. Food quality: The pizzas were tasteless, and the burgers were so hard they were inedible. Furthermore, there was no sauce, which is not what we're used to here. Customer service: When I asked to send the food back to the kitchen because it was overcooked and inedible, the cook refused, as did the server. The latter even claimed that "it's always been like this here," which is completely untrue since we are regular customers. And to top it all off, he said that if I wanted, he could make a hamburger with meat because it was easy for him; otherwise, no burger. Since we couldn't send back the pizzas or the hamburger, we asked for sauces, waited an hour, still no sauce, and left.
