To be perfectly honest, the services were substandard. My wife's delivery was in terrible conditions. She had to care for her baby from birth, whereas normally the baby should be under the care of the on-call nurse and only brought to the mother for breastfeeding. The on-call nurse's response was slow and dismissive. The baby wasn't given a vitamin K injection, and the nurse didn't change the dressing before my wife left, which is standard practice in many clinics. The rooms and beds were very old. There was noise all day long, both from outside due to the view of the Doveyard, and from inside at night due to the nurses laughing and talking loudly near the rooms. The door handle was broken. On top of that, there were unjustified price increases, which I suffered from, but the truth must prevail. This was my first and last experience at this clinic. My rating is 0/10. The only bright spot was Mr. Mohamed in the administrative department responsible for the charge.

The care provided by the paramedics is appalling, and we never see any decent treatment without paying the nurses. Furthermore, there is no respite at the clinic, and we hear a lot of shouting and noise at night. As for medical errors, they are countless, and the clinic seems to have been built in the distant past. On the other hand, the price is very high compared to the errors and repulsive treatments we witnessed.

Our experience was terrible. The reception was awful, the wait was long, and no one provided any information. It was like being in a weekly market. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Hello, I would like to share an experience we had a few weeks ago at this clinic. It's unacceptable. Our sister had an operation. They refused to give us the invoice so she could be reimbursed by the CNSS (National Social Security Fund). They perform operations without declaring them so they don't pay taxes. How can this still be possible in our country in 2025? These are the kinds of practices that will prevent us from moving forward; we must denounce this type of practice.
