⭐ 1/5 — A SHAME. A CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE. My father was hospitalized for approximately 48 hours in this facility while in extremely critical condition. Our family was already devastated by his health, and we simply wanted one thing: for him to receive proper care and be treated with dignity. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply shocking. I want to single out the doctors. Dr. Zakarya was professional, attentive, and compassionate. He did his best with the resources and equipment available to him. I sincerely thank him. On the other hand, our experience with Dr. Badaoui was the complete opposite: he was very unresponsive, evasive, and extremely difficult to reach when we needed explanations. When we decided to transfer our father to another facility, we asked for the specific names of the treatments he had received. We had enormous difficulty obtaining clear information. In such a serious situation, it's completely incomprehensible. Regarding nursing care, it's even more outrageous. My father was completely dependent, and we had to insist on receiving basic care. We had to buy diapers, tissues, wipes, and hand sanitizer ourselves to ensure his hygiene and comfort. Even worse, we experienced situations where we had to pay for certain procedures, such as changing his diaper. I want to emphasize that this is what we personally experienced and witnessed. A seriously ill patient is not a wallet. A family that brings their father to the hospital for treatment should never feel they have to pay extra for basic care. We finally decided to transfer our father after only 48 hours because we had lost confidence and wanted him to receive what we considered better care. I am posting this review to warn other families: be extremely vigilant. Ask all your questions, request the names of the treatments, collect all medical documents, check the invoices, and don't hesitate to seek a second opinion if anything seems abnormal. Our family will never forget those 48 hours. Thank you to Dr. Zakarya for his professionalism. As for the rest, our experience was simply disastrous. I strongly advise against this facility for anyone who needs to hospitalize a seriously ill loved one.

I don't like clinical hospitals...but at Dr. Bazir's I felt good, taken care of by a doctor who loves his work, he listens, is professional and directs you to the best specialists...I recommend him!

It has excellent medical staff with excellent services provided, along with appropriate security and well-received services.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. My relative was reportedly taken to surgery without being properly changed into hospital attire, which was very concerning. The clinic's only elevator was out of service, and she had to be carried to the second floor. What was most upsetting was that immediately after surgery, some nurses were speaking to her in a raised and harsh manner while she was still recovering. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Overall, the level of care and organization did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend this clinic. Our experience at this clinic was very bad. Some of the staff were rude and unprofessional, and we did not feel that the patient received the care and respect she deserved. The clinic only has one elevator, and it was out of service, forcing the staff to carry her to the second floor. It was also concerning that she went into surgery in the clothes she arrived in. Even more upsetting was that some nurses were raising their voices at her immediately after surgery while she was still recovering. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend this clinic.
