Most recently, one of my international clients required emergency care and surgery following an accident. From the moment of arrival until discharge, the level of professionalism, organization, and compassion displayed by every member of the team was truly remarkable. The emergency department acted quickly and efficiently, ensuring the patient received immediate attention. The nurses were outstanding—professional, caring, attentive, and always ready to provide reassurance and support during a stressful time. Their kindness and dedication made a significant difference to both the patient and those assisting them. The doctors demonstrated exceptional expertise and clear communication throughout the entire treatment process. From examinations and diagnostics to surgery and post-operative care, every step was handled with confidence, precision, and genuine concern for the patient's well-being. I would also like to recognize the insurance department for their efficiency and professionalism in managing administrative procedures and communication, which is particularly valuable for international patients and their families. The patient transport staff and orderlies deserve special praise as well; they consistently treated patients with dignity, kindness, and respect while assisting them between examinations, treatment areas, operating rooms, and hospital rooms. A special thank you goes to the physiotherapy team. The physiotherapist was exceptional—highly skilled, patient, compassionate, and deeply committed to helping patients recover and regain confidence. Their positive attitude and encouragement played an important role in the recovery process. My appreciation for this clinic is not only professional but also personal. I previously entrusted Clinique Internationale de Marrakech with the care of my own mother after she suffered a hip fracture, and the quality of care she received was equally outstanding. Seeing the same level of excellence provided to both my family and my clients speaks volumes about the values and standards of this institution. The hospital facilities are modern, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the room service and support staff contribute to creating an environment where patients can focus on recovery with peace of mind. If there were an option to give less than one star, I would. I came with my father for a surgery recommended by his doctor. Unfortunately, this place seems to care more about money than patients. The way patients are treated is unacceptable and lacks basic human respect. My father, who is diabetic, was asked to fast from 8:00 AM and his surgery was delayed until 6:00 PM. Making a diabetic patient wait all day without food is simply unacceptable. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience for our family.

I moved to Marrakech last year and had to do surgery with Dr. DIFFAA ADDEZYNE and it was absolutely fabulous, professional and the whole team at the Clinique like Mme FIRDAOUS and Mme AABIR were very kind, explain the process and services very well and took great care of me.

My experience with this clinic was not satisfactory. The waiting time was very long, and the level of care did not meet my expectations. The staff’s attitude was not good, and there was only one nurse handling many patients, which affected the quality of care. I hope they will improve their services in the future.

Having had an accident playing golf and injured my right knee, the team at the course arranged for me to be examined by the team at Clinique International Marrakech It required an operation that took place 24 hours after I arrived there. So far surgeon, medical team and nurses have been very good.
