No mattrr how many times you call to take an appointment nobody answers, you arr just kept on hold, it i is vety dissapointing

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Warning: I had always heard about this clinic, but unfortunately, my visit was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. When I arrived, about ten people were supposed to be seen before me. After several hours of waiting, I saw more than twenty people enter the office before me. When I asked the head nurse for an explanation, she told me there were still 12 people ahead of me. Is that really normal? After hours of waiting, the line is supposed to get shorter, not longer! Faced with this lack of organization, this waste of time, and the unprofessional attitude of the nurse (the doctor's assistant), I decided to ask for a refund and leave, without any apology from them! A very disappointing experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

A terrible experience. An unbearably long wait after booking an appointment more than two months ago. From 1 PM until almost 1 PM. I even canceled the appointment altogether. There is absolutely no respect for customers.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The reception is disorganized and chaotic, and it's the first and last time I'll go. Cash payment is not accepted; there are no TPE cards. This is the whole point.

The clinic is filthy and very poorly organized. The wait was too long, the staff unwelcoming, there was dirt everywhere, and a general lack of professionalism. I do not recommend it.

The eye clinic in Rabat, near the National Library, is accessible by tram line 1. This clinic is known for its excellent organization, good reputation for patient care, high success rate in most surgeries, and smooth communication and procedures. It features two large waiting rooms with comfortable chairs, three reception windows, and state-of-the-art equipment for vision correction, cataract surgery, and other examinations, tests, and X-rays.

No card payment terminals 😡😡😡😡⛔️⛔️⛔️. You have to bring bags of cash with you. A clinic that handles billions and doesn't even have a card payment terminal. The private healthcare sector really does impose its rules on patients; what a disgrace. …
