It has no relation to anything, I don't recommend it.

My father went to them for a diagnosis. They told him he didn't have a fracture, that he'd only need ten days and would get better, that he just needed medication. After that time, there was no improvement. We had to get him diagnosed by another doctor, who confirmed that my father did have a fracture and needed urgent surgery… This lack of professionalism and competence, and the wrong diagnosis, have left my father suffering all this time… May God punish you.

I wish to express my profound disappointment regarding the Abou Rajila Clinic in Al Hoceima. The lack of professionalism and empathy on the part of the staff is alarming. Those in charge, when they are present, seem incapable of properly managing critical situations. The level of care leaves much to be desired, and patients are treated with unacceptable neglect. This place, which should be a sanctuary of healing, resembles a farce more than a genuine medical facility. It is urgent that measures be taken to remedy this chaotic situation. Patients deserve dignified treatment and adequate care, which is unfortunately far from being the case at present. I call upon the competent authorities to intervene to put an end to this disastrous situation. There is no power except with God Almighty.

I repeatedly call the clinic to make an appointment with Ginico at 9:10, simply for a week. Every day I call, and the lady tells me I should have called 5 minutes earlier and hangs up as if I'm asking her for a living. Two years ago, the same treatment was given, lacking in communication etiquette. The way customers are treated needs to be reconsidered because the public hospital treats you better, even though you suck the money dry.
