A very bad experience. I paid a lot for a result that was nothing like what I asked for. Furthermore, I felt that my complaint wasn't taken seriously and that I was being mocked. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn't possible. I'm very disappointed and I will never go back to this salon. I do not recommend this establishment based on my experience. It's a shame we can't give zero stars, because in my experience, they don't even deserve one.

My experience with this salon was terrible. I went to get a permanent hair color, and after only two days, the dye started peeling. I went back for a solution. The first day, they told me to come back in the afternoon, but they didn't do anything. Then they told me to come back the next morning. I returned at 10:00, and they told me the woman had a doctor's appointment and to come back at 12:00. They just keep giving me the runaround and lying. They don't fix the problem or give me a refund. In the end, I lost my money, my time, and I was left with no solution. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

I went back at ten o'clock, and then they told me I had a doctor's appointment and to come back at noon. They just kept stalling and lying; they didn't solve the problem, and they didn't refund my money. So, I lost my money, wasted my time, and got nothing. Unfortunately, it's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

The hammam service was unfortunately very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend it. The person in charge of this service is unable to communicate effectively with customers or handle their requests professionally. In addition, there was a complete lack of punctuality and poor service, particularly regarding respecting the advertised time. A very unsatisfactory experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Excellent experience at Madame Souad's! The whole team is very welcoming, professional, and attentive. I had a protein hair treatment, a manicure, a pedicure, and my eyebrows done, and I'm thrilled with the results. The work is meticulous and of high quality. I left the salon very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team!

The work they did was good, but the customer service could be better. My little daughter came to watch how my hair was being done and was pointed at with a finger as if she were a dog and told to sit down... it's a good thing they were already far along with my hair, otherwise I would have walked away! Furthermore, the two men who did our hair couldn't smile and just looked grumpy; very disappointing!

I was very satisfied with my visit to this salon. A warm welcome, a professional team, and excellent results. I am delighted with the service and highly recommend this salon. Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism.
