Hello, My name is Anicée, and in October 2025, I decided to visit the magnificent country of Morocco to go trekking: first in the desert, then in the splendid Valley of Roses in the Atlas Mountains. Unfortunately, my trip got off to a rather eventful start… I was so happy to arrive that I literally hugged the Moroccan ground! A fall in Ouarzazate unfortunately resulted in an injury under my right eye: my sunglasses caused a wound that required urgent medical attention, stitches, and the removal of a foreign object. After the first hospital refused to treat me, I was very fortunate to be referred to Dr. Mohamed Benbakh's clinic. As a Belgian, I was deeply touched by the welcome and professionalism: I was seen immediately, with the same care as all the other patients. Dr. Benbakh is a true specialist and he did an absolutely remarkable job. I was terrified of being disfigured, but thanks to his expertise and the precision of his movements, he worked a miracle. Today, I only have a tiny scar of less than 3 mm, which will simply remain a souvenir of my Moroccan trek. I also received all the necessary care and treatment, which allowed me to continue my journey in the desert without infection, despite conditions that were far from ideal for a facial injury, when I was already considering being repatriated. He saved my trip! Upon my return to Belgium, my doctor removed the stitches and herself emphasized the exceptional quality of the work done. Very bad experience Appointment at 9 a.m., doctor arrived at 1 p.m. without any explanation. The office was overcrowded, with no organization whatsoever. Lack of hygiene: the same device was used on several patients without being cleaned, and the lab coat was stained. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Benbach is a kind and humble man, a highly skilled doctor. May God reward him and all the clinic staff.
