Even on weekends, when needed, he makes house calls to see his patients, and he's also available on WhatsApp should they have any questions or concerns. It's truly reassuring. You can tell that the patient and their well-being take precedence over financial considerations. He takes his work and patient care to heart, and that's something I personally greatly appreciated.
