I strongly advise against this firm. Zero experience. The lack of respect and professionalism is evident from the moment you arrive. You are made to wait for hours without explanation or apology.

A terrible experience with this dental clinic. I am extremely disappointed. They are not punctual; appointments and scheduled times are not respected, which always leads to delays and inconvenience. On top of that, they impose unnecessary procedures, even surprising us with cost increases that add no value. Imagine the fees rising without justification and without any additional services. There is a lack of clarity and transparency, which leads to unpleasant and unexpected surprises. And the worst part is their lack of credibility. This experience has been a complete failure for me and my family; it did not meet our needs or fulfill our expectations. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I am extremely proud to know that there is a dental center like this in our city. The service and quality of work are wonderful. I am very disappointed with my experience with this dentist. The treatment of patients is sorely lacking in professionalism and respect, both on the part of the dentist and her assistants. There are constant delays in treatment and in providing medical documents. The office is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, which makes access extremely difficult, especially for the elderly or those with mobility issues. But what is most concerning is that several patients, including myself, have experienced dental problems after being treated at this office, which seriously calls into question the quality of the work provided. Furthermore, it appears that the dentist forces her assistants to write fake positive reviews online to improve her image, which is deeply dishonest towards future patients who rely on these reviews. I strongly advise against going to this office.
