This clinic is completely inadequate. I went for a cardiology appointment, and a general nurse performed an ECG without asking me anything. The receptionist, with a nasty look on her face, asked me a second time, "What are you doing here?" Me: I want to see a cardiologist. Her: Well, wait until he comes. So, no cardiologist so far, just useless tests. In short, avoid this place at all costs...

Terrible customer service when answering the phone. You have to call between 6 and 8 am to get an answer. Is that acceptable?

The experience at this hospital was deplorable. A close friend was admitted in critical condition, and instead of receiving the prompt and compassionate care they deserved, the service was appalling from the start. The staff showed a profound lack of empathy, were slow to address even the most urgent needs, and seemed to treat every request as a burden. Communication with the doctors was poor: they never provided clear or up-to-date information, which caused immense anxiety and uncertainty. Furthermore, coordination between the different departments was nonexistent, jeopardizing patient safety. In such delicate moments, the very least one expects is professionalism, compassion, and dignified treatment. Unfortunately, we found none of that here. I hope measures are taken to improve, because I wouldn't wish what we experienced on anyone.
