I recently visited your Station Café establishment with my family for afternoon tea. After placing our order, the server made a mistake, and we had to correct it. When it came time to pay, the server calculated the amount on his personal phone and presented me with the total. I asked for a receipt, but he told me it wasn't working. I find this situation unprofessional and it is not what one expects from an establishment like yours. I would therefore like an explanation and proof of payment.
