Regrettably, our visit was marred by excessive delays and poor service; we waited over an hour for our order, and the food failed to meet expectations. After waiting extendedly for two specific items, we were abruptly notified that they were no longer available. Although the venue offers an entertaining vibe, the overall experience fell well short of acceptable standards

The food was too salty and too sweet, the staff were friendly but unprofessional. They made me a taco with hot sauce without asking, the salad wasn't fresh and was too salty, and the milk-based smoothie had way too much grenadine. The toilets were dirty, which is a shame because this place used to be nice.
