The secretary has no idea how to serve people. I think she's the reason patients aren't returning to the doctor. She has no communication skills, no professionalism, and she seems to think patients and their companions are visiting her at home, not at the clinic. Because of her attitude, we canceled the appointment and looked for another doctor.
