Very unprofessional experience. I came for a butt filler procedure and clearly explained I was only in town for vacation and could not return for multiple sessions. The doctor promised everything would be done in one visit. During the procedure, it was obvious she lacked experience. The needle broke, and she didn’t even have a replacement available. I was left alone in the room while she went out, saying she was going to get coffee while waiting for another needle. In the end, she told me I needed another appointment, which I had already explained was impossible. I paid in full but got no results—only pain and bruising. When I asked for a partial refund, she refused and stopped responding. I do not recommend.

Service clientele zero.I did Hydrafacial the machine is not working properly, when I spoke with the lady she said no it's fine. I waited to see the next customer, she tried to use it .it was not working she said is clogged. I spoke to Mme Ikram she treated me so bad. I am so disappointed how they treated me.They lied about Hydrafacial but they do regular facial.D'ont scam people. Be honest. I paid in their cabinet 2500DH for laser.Then finally she treated me that way. I don't recommend them.

Iglamour and especially Mrs Ikram and her crew were the best of best. I had a great experience and wonderful results. Not only I'm satisfied with the outcome, but also my family and friends tell me that I look at least 20 years younger..I can't express my satisfaction and happiness with what they've done for me, but also with their personality, presence and their way of treating me like a princess. THANK YOU SO MUCH IKRAM AND CREW. I would recommend IGLAMOUR to every woman that wants to look good and feel good about herself 👌👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ P.S: I tried treatments in the USA where I live and found that IGLAMOUR is the best in all aspects from a great welcoming to treatments/ services to affordability. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Morocco ❤️
