A doctor who is failing in his professional duty: My grandmother is an elderly woman, and I live far from her. She suffers from many health problems, and in an emergency, I called Allo Tabib, who connected us with this doctor. To my surprise, this doctor refused to come and perform his duty, claiming we had refused to see him the day before the call. I explained that there was no one at home to receive him, apologized, and begged him to come and see her since my aunt was with her today. He refused again, saying that we don't play games (this doctor unfortunately forgot that he is dealing with a patient, not a client, forgetting his duty as a doctor under all circumstances). I escalated my complaint to Allo Tabib, requesting another doctor, but I have received no response from them to this day.
