The doctor, Dr. Kensai, stayed from 10 until 4 pm. Every time, the secretary would say she'd be here in an hour. One day for the consultation, another day for the check-up. We didn't get an ultrasound or anything for the endocrinology department...

This doctor only has an office and walls; she doesn't even have an ultrasound machine. She'll send you to another doctor for an ultrasound, haha, and then tell you to come back to her.
