I'm currently in the diagnostic phase (awaiting test results), but for a first contact, I'm very satisfied in two ways: - The receptionists were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. - The doctor is very professional, competent in her diagnosis, and caring. She simplifies things as much as possible to ensure a clear understanding of the problem. She is reachable and attentive even after the consultation. The doctor is competent and professional. However, her assistant behaved in a very harsh, inhumane, and vulgar manner, which is inappropriate for welcoming and communicating with patients. I came in today simply to request a stamp on a document. The doctor was present, but the assistant refused to let me in or even pass on my request, despite my remaining polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction.

I thank the doctor for her kindness and professionalism. I felt comfortable and confident during the examination; she explained everything calmly and respectfully. She is an excellent doctor, and I highly recommend her.
