I went to this clinic yesterday for in-office teeth whitening. The welcome was exceptional, the receptionist incredibly kind, and Dr. Adnan Lakhdari exemplarily professional. Five shades lighter! A flawless experience; I wasn't expecting such a perfect outcome. It's a small investment, but this clinic is state-of-the-art, the staff is very personable, experienced, and disarmingly honest. The receptionist who answers the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. She literally hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. This is unacceptable for a doctor's office.

I called this practice to obtain two basic pieces of information before considering a trip of over 2,000 km: their fees and the brand of dental implants they use. To my great surprise, the receptionist refused to answer these questions and simply asked me to come in person. Despite my explanations about the distance and the fact that many practices readily provide this information, I received no response. I regret this lack of transparency and the particularly unpleasant telephone reception. It was almost as if the names of the implants and their prices were state secrets. My experience with this practice therefore ended after the first call. I am not commenting on the dentist's competence, as I did not have the opportunity to meet him, but solely on my very disappointing experience with the receptionist.

The best dental surgeon in Essaouira. Excellent service and communication, both from Dr. Adnan and Ms. Khadija at reception. The doctor gives you time to explain everything, and he has three assistant nurses. He also has new, sterilized, and clean equipment. I've been seeing him for over two years. A true testament to his expertise. And the price is reasonable. May God reward him.
