She is a good and highly qualified doctor, I recommend her.

She was two hours late, even though the waiting room was full and included elderly people. When one of the patients asked about the delay, we learned she was still at the private clinic. During the examination, she treated my mother very badly, showing no respect for her or for me as her companion. She didn't even give the patient, who had paid 500 dirhams for the visit, the right to ask questions or explain their health condition to their companion. I asked her for any advice she could give my mother, who has a thyroid infection, regarding her diet, since she is also a nutritionist. Her response was very harsh, and she silenced me, saying that we patients have started talking like we're on TV. My question was very simple, but the time she spent mocking me and repeating my question was more than the time she could have given me to answer. As I was leaving the examination room, she started muttering and mocking me, saying, "I don't have time. The waiting room is full, and I don't have time to answer." She also didn't have her patient's file organized and was certain that she had prescribed medication for my mother during the previous visit. When my mother told her that she hadn't prescribed any medication until the tests were done, she didn't believe her. I reviewed the documents we brought with us. I absolutely do not recommend it. Morocco is full of highly qualified and ethical professionals who respect their work and their patients because medicine is a humanitarian profession before it is a business. I absolutely do not recommend it.

She can sometimes be abrupt in her interactions and not very receptive to patients' questions, without always taking into account their psychological state or vulnerability. Nevertheless, from a professional standpoint, she remains generally satisfactory.
