The reception was extremely disappointing. The receptionist clearly lacked professionalism: she was rude, spoke inappropriately, and gave a very poor impression of the practice. Furthermore, the waiting room was neglected and dusty, reinforcing a general impression of poor hygiene and professionalism. Urgent improvements to the service and environment are needed to ensure patients receive a dignified welcome.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Tayeb is indeed a kind and ethical doctor, dedicated to his work.

The secretary was incredibly rude, vulgar, and impolite. (Trrika dyal chatamata) She started yelling for no reason, saying I should call before coming to the office. I don't know if the doctor is aware of this, but I've noticed many negative reviews about this secretary. So I had to see another doctor.
