What people mention
If I could give a zero rating, I would have given it...from one o'clock until four o'clock, then my turn came and they tell you to come at this time, since they know there are a lot of people, they should at least postpone the appointment. You tell the doctor about your problem. The obvious thing is that she should do a gynecological exam, but instead, she only does an ultrasound, which costs 200 dirhams, and gives you a list of medications. Three pharmacies say they don't have this medication; they only get it when you order it. Most of these medications aren't reimbursed. The strange thing is, she doesn't give you a date to come back and see if there's any improvement. You almost finish the medication without any improvement or benefit. You go to another doctor. The first thing she says is that she needs to do a physical exam, because that's her specialty, not something a general practitioner can do just with an ultrasound. You give her the list of medications, but you don't understand anything or why all this is happening. Because the doctor is experienced, she tells you that you need a blood sugar test and will do an ultrasound, but only after the gynecological exam. I told her what the first doctor said, but she just looked at it, not understanding anything, and she didn't see anything in the ultrasound that I was told. Generally, I don't recommend it. Perhaps it's due to a lack of experience, and there are doctors with enough experience to go to. Additionally, to avoid wasting a fortune on the consultation fee and medication (which is around 1000 dirhams), plus change (and most of these medications aren't covered by reimbursement), I told them at reception that I wouldn't be working tomorrow and would be back on the weekend. Therefore, by the time I could pay for reimbursement, the deadline would have passed by a day. I told them I could change the appointment date by one day, but they said no. They insisted I had my appointment that day, not another. I know when I had it, but it's a common practice among doctors to avoid wasting time as the deadline approaches. I'm not asking for a free consultation. I wanted to go in and tell her, "Be a man and eat me alive! If the consultation and medication worked, I swear to God, I wouldn't care about the 1000 dirhams I wasted."
I highly recommend her! She is a serious, patient, and very good communicator. She takes the time to answer all questions.
Excellent gynecologist! Very professional, gentle, and attentive. She puts you at ease from the start and takes the time to explain things clearly. I recommend her without hesitation.
I wanted to share my experience honestly so that no one else falls into the same trap as me. First of all, it seems very strange how many "perfect" comments were all posted at once (two or three weeks ago) from new accounts. And the same words, punctuated with periods and commas, make you doubt they're real experiences. If this effort were put into improving the service in reality, it would be better for everyone. The reality of my experience, in all honesty: The organization and waiting are nonexistent. The doctor is often not there in the morning, and in the afternoon we wait for hours because she goes out and comes back, even though there are pregnant women and urgent cases... You feel that these comments contribute to this overcrowding. The problem of communication and results: When you get the tests done and go back to her, she doesn't receive you, you don't see her, and she doesn't let you in to explain your case. She only gives the test results to the girls at reception; they're the ones who take them in, even though I'm only seeing her and I come to every appointment. So, she tells you to get tests done and come back. When you come back, she won't let you in, even if you just ask her to explain the appropriate medication. Nothing, even if you plead with her. Without any consideration for the patient's condition, she tells you to pay again and come back so she can read the results. I already pay, and she tells me to do the tests and come back. Why, if she's not going to let me in, shouldn't I just not come? Why not give me the results in the first place? Why not tell me to do the tests and come back? At least consider a pregnant woman who has traveled a long way, endured exhaustion, and waited for more than two hours, only to be told not to come in. Despite this, I endure and continue with her. The price seems high compared to the service provided, and the problem is that this "investment" only goes towards the stars and comments that seem exaggerated, not towards the treatment of the pregnant woman. The shock of the day of delivery: During the follow-up period, there's sweet talk and everything seems easy, but on the day of delivery, you see a different face and very cold treatment. You feel neglected at the most difficult time. I need psychological and medical support. Ask real people who have actually experienced this. May God grant relief to everyone. This is just my personal experience; everyone else's experience might be different.
The doctor treated me well, but the girl with her didn't understand. I missed my follow-up appointment because I was a day late due to health reasons, and when I tried to explain this to the girl, she told me that if I wanted to go through with it, I'd have to pay again, even though it hadn't been 15 days. I didn't like that, and it felt like she was trying to take advantage of my illness so I'd have to pay again, and the appointment is my right. 🤷🏻♀️
