No respect

My experience with this doctor was unfortunately very bad, especially in terms of his treatment and humanity. The first time, he received me normally, even though I waited a long time. The second time, I went back for laser treatment for skin tags on my face, and when they started the session, they didn't give me any anesthetic, just a simple cream. I felt very intense pain from the very first laser pulse. When I showed them how much it hurt, I heard the girl who works there say, "We're tired of pinching and being stingy." Only then did they give me an anesthetic with an injection. After the session, I went home, and the area was still bleeding. I was scared because it was my first time having this done, so I called them just to ask. The woman who answered treated me badly, belittled me, and told me that this wasn't worth asking about, and then hung up on me while I was still talking. A week later, I went back, and the bleeding was still there. I waited a long time, and in the end, the doctor didn't even see me. Only the girl who worked there saw me, wiped the blood, and put on a bandage. When I asked her about it, she said, "This bandage was brought to us by a man from France." They kept saying "France, France" without any clear medical explanation. Then she said, "I just did it for you," in a clearly impatient and disrespectful manner. I went back to the doctor to understand my condition, but he didn't give me time and didn't explain the situation properly, even though I explained to him how the girl had treated me. I asked them to just put a bandage on me like they did for other patients, but he refused and told me to just buy an ointment and use it. The strange thing is that my niece also had laser treatment with the same doctor, and they put a bandage on her, and she bought it, but I didn't. Unfortunately, my experience was bad in terms of communication, respect, and medical follow-up.

On the contrary, despite what people say or these statements I've read, I went to him and recovered. He's a highly skilled and experienced doctor, a truly good person. Anyone who wants free treatment should go to someone else.

I do not recommend this doctor; their reception was unprofessional and their only concern was money.

I tried a very expensive treatment that was completely ineffective because my condition worsened significantly. Even when I contacted them, they didn't give any answer. I wish I hadn't gone because I was better before the treatment, but now it's much worse. There is no power nor strength except with God, the Most High, the Almighty.

They make you wait a long time; I waited for two hours. They don't turn the air conditioning on very hard, it's hot, and they make you pay as soon as you enter.
