My mother has been a patient at this practice for some time, and we wish to emphasize the remarkable competence and compassion of the cardiologist. His professionalism inspires confidence, and we have always been very satisfied with the quality of care he provides. However, we are extremely disappointed with the reception and administrative management. On several occasions, the assistants have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism: rudeness towards patients, disregard for the order of arrival, and preferential treatment by prioritizing their acquaintances. Furthermore, it is virtually impossible to reach them by phone: the line is constantly busy, and we have even had the phone hung up on us, which is unacceptable in a medical setting where urgency and attentive listening are essential. This behavior seriously damages the practice's reputation and the relationship of trust established with the doctor. Reluctantly, my mother is now considering changing doctors solely because of this poor administrative management, despite the quality of the medical care she receives. We sincerely hope that this message will be taken seriously and that rapid improvements will be implemented to ensure a dignified and respectful welcome for all patients.

Excellent doctor, very humane, very professional, and a great listener! The best doctor I've ever had; I highly recommend her, especially for a first consultation. My only criticism is that I was disappointed by the poor management of the reception staff: lack of communication, lack of personalization, and a lack of listening and empathy.
