This bakery isn't what it used to be! Prices aren't displayed. The pastries are mediocre, but it's the saleswomen who convinced me never to go back: tonight, Keltoum's insolence at the till left me speechless. There's a serious problem with the staff, a lack of courtesy and an insolent attitude from some of them...

The service is very poor and the product quality is very low.

The bakery has a nice selection and looks promising from the outside, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The msaman was quite thick and heavy, and on a few occasions, it even had a strange smell, which was off-putting. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s attitude — almost everyone seemed uninterested or cold. No greetings, no thank you, and barely any response when you try to ask something. It creates a really awkward and unwelcoming atmosphere. There’s potential here, but the quality and especially the customer service need serious improvement to make the experience enjoyable.
