I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The esthetician was very rude and her attitude was clearly disrespectful. The appointment wasn't kept as scheduled, which wasted my time. Furthermore, I am very disappointed with the result of my haircut, which is nothing like what I asked for. "A bob with one side longer than the other." I expected a minimum level of professionalism, respect, and quality. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this experience and I do not intend to return to this salon. PS: The esthetician who cut my hair!

I washed and blowed dry my hair their as i went their last year and the ladies were super kind but now this new lady who works their treated me badly because she thought i was a moroccan who lives in the gulf but im actually Qatari and when she knew her attitude changed and beforehand she barely touched my scalp while washing it and didn’t brush my hair before blow drying it she treated my hair as if it was a doll’s hair and burnt it and when she asked me if i wanted to put serum in my hair and i said no she literally replied with “no” and laughed in my face like ??? attitude please
