The staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is good. The place is quiet and well-maintained, and it's suitable for both families and couples. It's cooler here than the rest of the city. The pool was being serviced (I assume they're getting ready for the summer). A hostel I would recommend.

We rented two rooms. Both were dirty, the beds were dirty, and the bathrooms were dirty and very basic. Only one electrical outlet worked; the others were fake. There was no way to plug in our phone chargers. The only positive thing was Mr. Ibrahim, who arranged for us to do laundry.

Very quiet during the day, but the pool isn't maintained, room service never comes, the breakfast advertised on the website doesn't exist, and in the evening it's too noisy, with parties going on until 1 a.m. I prefer to read about it on the website and decide whether or not to come. More suitable for singles, not families.

Beautiful scenery, but the quality of service provided by the staff needs improvement.

A good place to relax and unwind, especially for those who smoke hashish and shisha.
