The food was okey but the service was very bad i ordered a breakfast they didn’t bring me the orange juice and when i asked why they say they didn’t press it yet the waiter didn’t try to explain why or something like it’s normal the service was very slow even we were like 5 people in the place he didn’t bring a serviette and again i needed to ask for it

The food wasn’t that good, nor were the deserts. The service was good to us, but I saw a disabled man going up the stairs and the 2 waiters were making fun of him I felt so terribly bad but the poor disabled man/guy didn’t notice it thank god. I hate those childish behaviour

Terrible service

I ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday and I was very pleased with the result. The cake was made with care and exactly as I had hoped. In addition to being visually stunning, it was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests. The packaging could be improved, as it was difficult to transport in the area (due to the winding roads). Thank you for your professionalism, creativity, and the quality of your work. I highly recommend them!

Honestly, I loved it! Everything was delicious: the pancakes, the chocolate pastry, and the juices. The place is clean and pleasant. The service was excellent, especially Diaa who looked after us. He was very kind, attentive, and regularly checked to make sure everything was alright. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!
