Terrible experience!! I went to this salon for an ombré, and what happened was simply a rip-off. Instead of using good quality professional products, they used a cheap bleach, probably the cheapest available. The result: my hair was burned and completely ruined. I paid 1300 dirhams for this service, which is outrageous considering the result. I spent years growing my hair long, and because of their irresponsible work and poor-quality products, I was forced to cut it very short. It's unacceptable that a salon and its owner would scam their clients like this, charging high prices while using cheap products that damage hair. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I strongly advise against going to this salon.
