I'd like to share my experience, which was very disappointing. I went to this spa simply for a blow-dry, a basic service one expects to receive properly in a professional establishment. Upon arrival, several employees were sitting around a table, busy on their phones, without even looking up or asking me what I wanted. This first impression was already quite unwelcoming. After a few minutes, a woman came to ask me what I wanted and called another employee to take care of me. When she arrived, she didn't ask any questions about the desired result (type of blow-dry, volume, curls, etc.). I had to specify myself that I wanted curly hair. From the very first strand, I noticed a clear lack of technique and confidence. The work was extremely slow and gave the impression of hesitant movements, as if the person was practicing rather than performing a professional service. After only a few seconds on a still-damp strand of hair, she considered it finished, which made me realize the final result would be very unsatisfactory. I therefore preferred to stop the service immediately to avoid what should have been a pleasant experience turning into a source of frustration. I would like to point out, however, that the receptionist was kind and polite. Nevertheless, it is important for management to ensure they recruit qualified and trained staff to provide a service that meets customer expectations. Customers should not be used as a training ground for clearly inexperienced individuals. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment in its current state of service.
