Every man for himself

My experience with my father at the Akdital Meknes clinic was disappointing. Unfortunately, some of the medical staff were neither welcoming nor friendly. On several occasions, staff members argued in the hallway, which created an unprofessional image and an unpleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the shared room offered neither the expected comfort nor privacy. Finally, the behavior of some security guards towards accompanying persons was inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope that management will take these comments into consideration in order to improve the quality of care and services.

I would like to warmly thank the entire maternity team for their professionalism, attentiveness, kindness, and support throughout my stay. I spent two nights there after my cesarean section and received excellent care. The staff was always available, caring, and reassuring. I absolutely do not regret my choice to give birth at Akdital Meknès. A big thank you to the whole team for their excellent work.

The hospital was very clean and well organized. The nurses were kind, friendly, and helpful. The reception staff at the entrance were welcoming and professional. Also, the administrative team handling payments give time to assist me and treated me with great respect

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the medical, nursing, and hygiene staff for the exceptional quality of their work, their professionalism, their availability, and their kindness during my son's operation. I wish to express my particular appreciation to Ms. Serine Zouari, Director of Nursing, for her attentive guidance, support, humanity, and exemplary dedication. Her reassuring presence and unwavering commitment were a great comfort to our family during this time. I would also like to highlight the excellent hygiene practices and the meticulous attention to detail demonstrated by the teams, which contributed to providing a safe, clean, and reassuring environment. Please accept my deepest gratitude and sincere thanks for the care and attention given to my son.
