The staff is very unprofessional and rude the place smalles so bad no TPE

The welcome was excellent, the staff were incredible, the restaurant was clean, the food was perfect, frankly there's nothing to say, it's a very good restaurant, I recommend it.

Firstly, a very pleasant welcome. They always ask us what we need. The food is very good, no complaints there, and the place is very nice.

The crispy sandwich was inedible: the bread was hard, there was way too much ketchup and mustard, and the whole thing tasted strongly of oil. The crispy taco was just as disappointing: the chicken was practically burnt, and there was hardly any sauce inside. In addition, a strong smell of oil permeated the entire store, which was particularly unpleasant.

Avoid at all costs! A terrible experience from start to finish. The cashier didn't even know the products he was serving. We asked him what type of chicken was used, but he couldn't tell us. The so-called "cheesy" fries were anything but cheesy. The sauce was more like a very bland béchamel, with no cheese flavor whatsoever. When we pointed this out to the cashier, he wasn't happy. They offered to remake the fries, but I refused, as the problem lay with the recipe itself. We also ordered Tasty Crousty fries, which had a strong mushroom flavor, even though they weren't supposed to contain any. As for my tenders sandwich, no one asked us what sauce we wanted. They just added mayonnaise and ketchup. The cheese was very dry, the bread was hard and stale, which really made the sandwich seem stale. The manager then came to speak with us. He explained that he used frozen steaks, delivered from Belgium, and that he preferred this to meat bought from a butcher, believing the latter presented a greater risk of bacteria. Finally, he pointed out that we had "only" paid 410 dirhams and that it wasn't expensive. This comment surprised us, as 410 dirhams is still a significant amount, and regardless of the bill, a customer has the right to expect quality products, decent service, and to be heard when something is wrong. In the end, between the quality of the products, the cashier's lack of knowledge about what was being served, and the way our comments were received, we left very disappointed. A first and last time for us. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. I have taken note of your new response. However, I had also read your initial response before it was edited. I find it regrettable that it was subsequently changed, as it did not reflect the more measured tone of your current response. Regarding your statement that all the plates were eaten, I would like to clarify that this is not what happened. We were coming from the beach, and the children were very hungry. Two of them barely ate their meals because they didn't enjoy them. My daughter gave her Tasty Crousty to her brother, my youngest didn't finish his meal, and I only ate the tenders in my sandwich: the bread and cheese were dry, so I left them. We also expressed our dissatisfaction on-site, and the manager came to speak with us. I therefore stand by my entire review, which accurately reflects our experience.
