Peace be upon you. This cafe has everything good except for the poor service. The waiters are thieves; they don't give change back to people, and even the way they speak to customers is unprofessional.

Poor service I've been waiting for 40 minutes and no one has come to take my orders yet.

Unwelcoming staff and inappropriate waiter behavior. The service needs improvement. This place deserves a better team.

I visited 80 Eighty Restaurant & Coffee Shop about a week ago, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The service was the main issue. The waiter seemed arrogant, careless, and not welcoming at all, which made the visit uncomfortable. The hygiene was also a serious problem, especially the toilets, which were in very bad condition and not acceptable for a restaurant/café. Overall, the food and service were below average, and the place did not meet basic expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the customer service and cleanliness.
