Such a great owner who can tell you a lot about Essaouira! The coffee and chia pudding were the best!

It was by pure chance that our paths crossed with Dawoud's and his unique place, Café Tawazun. If you're looking for excellent coffee (a special mention goes to one of his signature coffees with carob) or homemade treats, you've come to the right place. And if you love board games, you won't want to leave. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly; you feel right at home, a bit like being at a friend's house. If you happen to be passing through on a Thursday evening, it's the perfect opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal featuring Moroccan cuisine, with dishes you may not have had the chance to try before, but which are sure to delight you. In short, as you've probably gathered, if you're ever in Essaouira, it's hard not to recommend a visit to Tawazun. You'll come away delighted no matter what.
