The staff is not only professional but also warm and welcoming. They take the time to ensure you have a memorable dining experience Now, the food. Oh, the food! I tried a selection of dishes, including the delightful Bastila, which was a revelation. The flavors were rich, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation impeccable. We had a wonderful stay with friends at this riad in Tafoughalt. Access is a bit tricky on foot, so it's best to come by car, but once you arrive, the setting is exceptional: peaceful, beautiful, with incredible views of the mountains and the pool. The cottages are simple but comfortable, and we slept very well. There was a small issue with breakfast, quickly resolved thanks to Cédric, the manager, who is lovely and very responsive. The team is incredibly attentive, and we felt truly at home here. Plus, a guitarist played in the evening, which was really enjoyable! Thank you for the warm welcome and the thoughtful touches. A few adjustments are needed, but I'm sure Cédric will take them into account to further improve this unique natural setting. We'll gladly return! Hello, thank you for this most enjoyable stay. Our week-long stay allowed us to take a break and recharge. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the view of the surrounding area is magnificent. The staff was very attentive to our well-being and readily available to offer us services on-site (massages after our motorbike rides, for example) as well as advise us on places to visit in the area. The tagines and breakfasts are delicious, and the rooms are well-decorated and clean. We will definitely be back!

So listen, I just got back from my stay there and had an absolutely extraordinary three days! The place is magical, the staff is absolutely perfect, and the manager is incredibly kind. We discovered it thanks to friends and fell in love with it. If you're still hesitating, go for it, you won't be disappointed! The activities, the pool, the accommodation, the food—everything is perfect 👍 Their breakfast is generous and varied… what more can I say except that this place will become a ritual every time I'm in Morocco. Not at all businesslike. In response to your comment, no, I have never negotiated anything in my life during a stay! Either the price suits me, or I go elsewhere; but it's very condescending of you to try to make the public believe that the common folk are trying to mingle at low prices in your establishments and that you deny it. The reality is that you were strangely much less available when it came to responding to various requests and follow-ups for a group accompanied by an elderly person. Perhaps that's not something negotiable in your hotel setting? Not prestigious enough?
