Hotel Palais d'orient

We spent five wonderful days at this hotel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very family-oriented; you feel right at home. The highlight is the swimming pool nestled in the mountains. The children didn't want to leave. Thank you all for the warm welcome!

I recently visited this hotel and was disappointed with the service. We went there for lunch, but the restrooms were out of toilet paper and soap. The waitress spent more time sitting and laughing with her colleagues than attending to the customers. The restroom hygiene manager had to go to the kitchen to get toilet paper, which was unacceptable. Furthermore, the waitress cleaned the table with a dirty napkin. These service and hygiene issues left me with a negative impression.

The welcome was very warm and the setting is superb. The servers, the manager, and the director were all very attentive. We ate there and it was delicious... the tagines, the pizzas, and even the sandwiches—the whole family was served. Next time, we'll come to enjoy the pool and the rooms, God willing. May God bless it; it's truly a wonderful discovery in an exceptional setting.
