Hey, who knows in Spain and does not have French language, only in Spanish or English. I am in a native Arabic language, so I can explain it to the client I entered and compiled. It's not normal for a person to work with a private client who doesn't have French offices. If there is a problem with a palabra, this is where the world goes. There are people who grew up in Spain and don't know how to speak French; they only speak Spanish or English. And here in an Arab country, they have to explain in Moroccan Arabic so the customer understands and buys. It's unacceptable for a shop employee to laugh at a customer just because they don't know how to speak French. If you mispronounce a word, she laughs at you in front of everyone. That's not the behavior of a salesperson. And the worst part is when all the other girls working there laugh at you. That's not a good job.

The prices are excessively high compared to the quality offered, and the service leaves much to be desired, especially the cashier who was unpleasant. A disappointing experience.

The saleswomen are very attentive, no complaints there. In my opinion, they make the best vanilla pistachio macarons in the area. The Moroccan cakes are excellent, but they need to review the cakes and slices of French pastries; nothing matches the visual appeal or the taste of the dense cakes with an amateurish finish.

A very poor experience in terms of both service and product quality. I ordered Moroccan pastries and, to my great surprise, found a worm in the walnuts decorating the shortbread. Furthermore, I ordered a birthday cake, and the woman who served me was rude and impolite. Once again, I was disappointed with the quality of the cake I purchased. Finally, the prices are exorbitant compared to the quality of the products and service. I've been a customer since they opened, but today I absolutely do not recommend this pastry shop.

Dima, when we buy bread from them, we find dung in it, and even the sweets. One time we bought some and found a large tuft of hair in the middle of it. When I showed it to them, they didn't apologize and said, "No, it wasn't us." Then there are the flies you find, and they wipe the glass with a strong, poisonous product near the sweets.
