Very disappointing. The patties looked fine on the outside, but upon closer inspection, I noticed mold spots. This is unacceptable for a product that's supposed to be fresh. There's clearly a problem with storage or quality control. This needs serious review.

I do not recommend it! I'm disappointed because, to my surprise, I couldn't reach you by phone around 9 am today, so I went there during my lunch break to buy rhriyba. I found a messy store and all the staff were tense! And to top it all off, they refused to take my order, and a saleswoman spoke to me in a rude manner, saying they couldn't answer the phone and left customers waiting there. 😳 I'm very disappointed for a first visit, especially since I went there on a friend's recommendation.

100% nonexistent customer service

I bought a birthday cake and some cakes for parties at your place. Unfortunately, the quality has become very poor. Before, the quality was acceptable and I was satisfied, but now that's no longer the case at all. The products are not up to the standard you used to offer. It's really a shame to see such a decline in quality. Personally, I no longer recommend this place.

No service, no quality. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars, and this is based on many experiences. The service is extremely poor; they see you ordering something and turn their backs on you. And the problem of change is always as if it's our fault. Every time I consider giving one of their products a chance, I regret it, not to mention the exorbitant prices that have no relation to the quality.

Very good pastry, but to get served you have to sneak in and not let people overtake you
