Hello. I would like to comment on the payment for the black bag bearing your brand name. Before writing to you, I took the time to consult your customer reviews and comments and noticed that several people have already addressed this issue, as well as other points, with both positive and negative feedback. Unfortunately, I found no reaction or response from you to these comments. This gives the impression that you are not interested in this customer feedback and that it doesn't affect you in any way, which I find worrying for your brand's image. Even though my comment remains unanswered, I still wanted to share it with you, hoping that it might, perhaps, touch your heart and conscience.

I'm writing this review because we've had enough! The girls who work there are unbearable! Their behavior is appalling 👎🏻 It's the same thing every time... you get the impression that the customer is worthless! Arrogance and foul behavior. Every time they tell us we have to bring the change! Always disrespectful behavior. I'll never go back and I'll tell all my neighbors and acquaintances never to set foot in that place again... even though I used to be a loyal customer, we've had enough. Kayjriw ala les clients

Service is zero! Customer service is zero. They'll never come back.

Unfortunately, the service was a 0/10. - a long queue - only one person serving bread and pastries - nonchalance and disrespect towards customers * I do not recommend it

Terrible service, meager breakfasts

The service was fast and the team was very kind and smily, there was a big variety of products to choose from on the Pastry/bakery side and the also the coffee was amazing; like i'm talking top notch Cappuccino that i had there and i truly think that the Barista is doing a great job. The seating was beautiful and there's a nice view outside the cafe. A 10/10 experience for me for sure!
