The riad is located in the medina. If you arrive from the airport, ask to be dropped off at Bab Al Okla (Queen's Gate), and you'll be there in less than 5 minutes. The woman who runs the riad is very friendly, and the breakfast she prepares is plentiful, high-quality, and homemade—simply wonderful. Hot water, large rooms, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi... Highly recommended. If your return flight departs from Tetouan, please note that you need a printed boarding pass (there is no reader). You can print it at Alcaras Stationery and Bookstore (Av. Mohamed V).

A typical Moroccan riad, affordable and well-maintained, with hot water, Wi-Fi, and above all, excellent service from the young man who attended to us, always willing to help and concerned with showing us the best places to visit. The women who ran the house were very friendly, and the breakfast was varied and hearty. Although we spent a while looking for directions, it was well worth it and highly recommended.

Staff were friendly, although they didn't speak much English, but fluent French and Spanish. Our room was noisy, with lots of noise from the street - which might not be so bad in other rooms - abd noise travelling clearly l from other rooms. The booking site we used had this as having airconditioned rooms, which it did not. I don't think it needs aircon though. The WiFi was very good.

The Riad is right in the heart of the medina, so the location is excellent. The interior is exactly what you'd expect from a traditional medina house. The woman in charge was very friendly; she doesn't speak much Spanish, but we understood each other perfectly. The breakfast included was very good and quite plentiful. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be the number of stairs to reach our room, which was the highest one, as it's a separate room on the terrace shared with the laundry. Also, there were some smells, which are admittedly part of the supposed charm of the medina and Morocco, but a little bleach somewhere wouldn't hurt. It's not accessible for people with disabilities. We recommend a visit.

Accommodation at the top of the medina. Friendly and welcoming family. Beautiful room and excellent breakfast.
