We had a great stay in the Riad. It is perfectly located in a quiet street in the middle of the medina. Rooms are nicely decorated, however, you can hear everything going on in the Riad, including noisy guests arriving late at night. They offer a generous and delicious Moroccan breakfast. The views from the rooftop are amazing. The service was helpful and kind. As a point to improve, I think the check-in process could be optimized as it was very slow and we had to leave our passports with them while we visited the town, something that I haven't had to do in other hotels and I didn't really like.

This wonderful Riad was in the old part of the medina. Stunning views from the roof Terrasse, and just lovely staff. Breakfast was served in the courtyard, and it was at a long beautiful communal table. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay in the old part of town and this beautiful Riad.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Teotuan. Beautiful house, lovely decorated. Everything works great in the room. It includes a safe and a hair dryer, as well as air conditioning. Breakfast is very tasty. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful! The place to stay in Teotuan!

A beautiful little riad. Roof top views are better than other two riads nearby due to the facing. Overall it's a must take. Try to get the room on top floor.

Friendly hotel inside the Medina. Good food, good service, friendly staff, clean and tidy.

We received a warm welcome and it was a pleasure to be in such a peaceful place despite the surrounding activity! We were in a very quiet room on the second floor; we couldn't hear the guests on the terrace just above. The terrace offers a 360° view of the Medina and the mountains beyond. I highly recommend this place for both its hospitality and its location! Thank you so much for this stay!

A fantastic place located right in the heart of the medina. It's welcoming, with exquisite decor that transports you to exotic and faraway lands. The staff are incredibly friendly, it has a terrace with amazing views, and it's just a few minutes from lots of interesting places to visit. We will definitely be back.
