It was with a professional and competent person, nothing to complain about.

A truly disappointing experience, especially for 600 DH. They sell you a "VIP" package at the counter with several treatments, but once inside, the reality is practically limited to a scrub and a soaping, nothing more. When I asked why the advertised services weren't provided, I was told that the VIP package simply meant 45 minutes in the hammam. In that case, what's the point of all the different packages and the extra charges (200 DH) for a few extra minutes? The most surprising thing is that even the hammam itself wasn't up to standard: not hot enough and practically no steam. The staff remained friendly, so I can't fault them personally, but the service and the value for money are truly poor. I've had much better experiences elsewhere for less than half the price. I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.
