Good service, but didn’t get exactly what I wanted

I can only strongly recommend avoiding this salon if you care about your hair. When I arrived at the salon, my hair was already exactly the layered cut shown in the photo I had brought. My goal wasn't to change my look; I simply wanted a light trim without altering the overall structure of my hair. I clearly explained my instructions to the stylist before he began the service. Unfortunately, he completely changed my cut without listening to my requests. The bangs were very poorly cut, asymmetrical, the lengths are uneven, the result is catastrophic and distorts my face. When I saw the final result, I was devastated and ended up crying right there in the salon, overwhelmed by this irreparable mistake. What's most unacceptable is the stylist's reaction. He showed no compassion whatsoever and didn't offer the slightest apology for the botched cut. He didn't try to find a solution to correct the flaws, nor did he offer any compensation. He simply accepted the payment as if nothing had happened. I had a beautiful hairstyle before going into this salon; I left with a cut I hate and that I'll have to wait months for my hair to grow back. It was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. If you're looking for a hairdresser who is attentive, respectful of clients' requests, and capable of doing meticulous work, look elsewhere. I will never go back.
