We where very happy about our stay in this hotel, clean and nice rooms. Helpful staff. But the best thing was the tour we had trough the valley of the old pottery makers, we cannot thank the guard from the hotel, that walked us trough enough, it was a tour that we will never forget, thank you again 🙏❤️ …

On vacation from Houston and we are literally enchanted by this hotel that is a rare find. Top notch, brand new, modern, super comfortable…… I can go on and on … hands down THE place to come relax and unwind. I also love the smell! Every inch, every detail is well done and made in the state of the art. Bravo to the welcoming team that made our vacation unforgettable with the legendary Moroccan hospitality. Will definitely be back!

EDIT: Why would you confirm a reservation to outsiders in your restaurant when you don't take customers that are not staying at your hotel? Doesn't make sense. The receptionist did not tell us ANYTHING about the restriction of staying as a guest before getting allowed to the restaurant. My review stays as a 1 out 5 stars. We booked for the Ramadan's Iftar by phone. They confirmed everything. Once we got there they told us "We did not get any reservation." Also they added to go to another Cafè/Bar We did not intend going to another place since we booked the breakfast there. Also, today is the final day of Ramadan which is so important to us. I don't really understand how these people manage hotels/restaurants. Why would you take a reservation and then when we show up just send us back home or tell us to go to another place. We had to go back home and prepare our food since we had nothing ready. Had to do everything 5 minutes before Iftar Seems like these people have no experience in managing a business such as this one. Absolutely DO NOT recommend. 1/5

The hotel is excellent in design, location and facilities. It is very clean and well taken care of. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and very helpful. This hotel will be my first choice when in the area.

I had a great time. The cleaning staff, the breakfast staff, and the reception staff who worked nights from August 17, 2022, to August 20, 2022, were really kind and polite, and made you feel at ease. However, the two girls were a little less kind, which was the only flaw in this stay. Everything else was great. They have two wonderful cats.

This hotel is a true haven of peace. It offers a superb view and a perfect location. The bedding is very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff is incredibly attentive. It was a wonderful discovery. We had an unforgettable stay. Thank you for everything. We will be back soon, God willing.

A magnificent little hotel with 5-star service, both in terms of the staff's friendliness and their eagerness to satisfy their guests' every request. Highly recommended! The breakfast is very generous and delicious, and everything else we ordered was delicious! I'll be back with great pleasure.

A magnificent hotel, very clean with a staff ready to give their all to ensure customer satisfaction, especially Laila at reception and the gentleman who does the cleaning. 🛑🚨Small Note: The young man who works with Laila at reception needs to understand that a little smile won't cost him anything. Smiling but not helpful, even a simple greeting doesn't reciprocate. This is almost the only minor drawback of this hotel. The breakfast could also be improved.
