Good comfortable rooms at this fairly new hotel. The room was clean and pleasantly furnished. The wifi and shower were working properly. The breakfast was very good, delicious and well prepared and included a variety of different food options including eggs, pasta, vegetable, bread and pastries.
Outstanding service. The girls at the reception were very welcoming and friendly. I will re-use and recommend it to friends a family. My room was airy, lightened by the high street lamp-posts, close to all facilities. There is a huge cafe underneath which serves you ar your room if needed (additional fees apply). As a solo Arab, British in my sixties woman traveller, I felt safe and comfortable.
The friendliest place I have stayed in Africa, nevermind only Morocco. The girl on the front desk is a credit to the business, very friendly, great conversation and good recommendations for what to see and do in the city.
Great option in Laayoune… Great Location close to good restaurants and cafe's, walking distance from everywhere, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly people in town and the hotel staff very helpful, Chaymae in particular, speaks perfect English, French and Arabic, always with a smile and helpful.
The most affordable hotel in Laayoune in a great location! They lack private parking but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s a superb hotel.
Very nice setup. Good service. Rooms very clean and modern. WiFi has a good speed
Very disappointed: this establishment is in decline. The staff is unfriendly, especially the receptionist, who is cold and incompetent. The rooms are getting smaller and smaller, but the price remains the same: incomprehensible! Fortunately, the reception manager and the breakfast lady redeem the experience with their kindness and professionalism.
A terrible experience – avoid at all costs! I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The service is simply nonexistent. The reception staff are completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards guests. It seems they've forgotten how to speak politely to someone. Even worse, it's impossible to see the room before paying. You're forced to pay sight unseen, without knowing if you'll get a decent room or a completely neglected one. This is unacceptable. The manager and his team give the impression that they're doing the guest a favor, even though it's the guest who pays. We were treated as if we were a nuisance, even like beggars. It's a blatant lack of consideration. In short: a hotel to avoid. Poor management, deplorable service, and no attention paid to the guest. My advice: steer clear.
