Desert Line Hotel

We’ve had a stay at the hotel for 5 nights, but we couldn’t continue to stay on it ; TV and Wifi wasn’t working at all ; there’s no refrigerator or hair dryer. Elevator as well is too old and needs to be replaced. But what we’ve hated the most is the service, stuff wasn’t polite at all and wasn’t even smiling or dealing with us as clients, the worrest service i’ve ever seen. Even the cleaning ladies didn’t respect our privacy and they have entered to room without our permission, thing we don’t appreciate at all and that we consider as a sort of disrespect ! What we’ve loved is the service of Mr Mohammed at the reception, very polite, respectful and was at our service ; every time we enter, he was welcoming us with his wide smile and we do thank him for everything ; except that, the stat was disastrous, disappointing and not recommended at all

Spartan, but clean. Staff do everything they can to be welcoming and helpful. Wi-fi excellent. Breakfast good. I understand they will be moving to new 5 star buildings and location near the airport in the future. Very good choice.

Nice hotel on the center city. Free wifi & sat Tv but without breakfast...
